In compliance with the provisions laid down in Law 15/1999, December 13th, Protection of Personal Data, and Law 34/2002, July 11th, Information Services and Electronic Commerce, I declare that I have been informed and I grant permission that my personal data be included in the file named "Newsletter", of which the Spanish Agency for Data Protection has received prior notification, and for which NAIPES HERACLIO FOURNIER, S.A. is responsible, and may used to send me by e-mail, or other equivalent means of electronic communication, information and news of interest related to the world of playing cards and Naipes Heraclio Fournier products.

The files, premises and processing systems of the company comply with the necessary technical and organizational security measures, as required by Article 9 LOPD (Protection of Personal Data Law) Title VIII RLOPD (Regulation of Protection of Personal Data Law) to ensure the security of personal data and avoid their alteration, loss or unauthorized processing or access.

I declare that I have been informed that I may exercise my rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, as expressly recognized in the LOPD, by writing to the address provided for this end at NAIPES HERACLIO FOURNIER, S.A. Avenida San Blas, 19 – 01171 Legutiano (Álava), or by fax to 945 46 55 43 or by email to fournier@nhfournier.es, accompanied in all cases by a photocopy of my national identity card or passport. In the event of any changes in my personal data I should notify the company of these at the above mentioned address, absolving the company of all responsibility in the case that I fail so to do.
