Giveaway Rules for Back to School Bicycle Giveaway

1. Organizer: Naipes Heraclio Fournier S.A, whose registered office is located at San Blas Avenue, 19, Alava, Spain and with company number A01136142.
2. Giveaway Duration: The giveaway begins on September 15^th and ends on September 25^st.
3. Participation Conditions: The giveaway is open to all individuals aged 18 and residing in European Union and United Kingdom. Participation is free and without any purchase obligation.
4. How to Participate: To participate, people must follow the @bicyclecardseu account, “like” the giveaway post, mention one person (minimum)  in a comment on the post and upload (or repost) a photo with Bicycle cards tagging @bicyclecardseu. Participants can leave as many comments as they like.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from eligible participants on September 26^nd . The winner will be contacted via Direct Message.
6. Prize: The winner will receive a pack of 6 different Bicycle decks. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
7. Data Protection: Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
8. Liability: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook. Naipes Heraclio Fournier/Cartamundi Group is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the giveaway or the use of any prize. Liability for direct damages is limited to a maximum of 200 EUR or to the maximum permitted by law.
9. Acceptance of the Rules: Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these rules.
