Fournier y su compañía hermana, United States Playing Cards, Co. (USPC), fabricante de los naipes "Bee" y KEM, vuelven a exponer este año en G2E Vegas, una de la ferias de referencia del mundo del juego.
Del 4 al 6 de Octubre Fournier y USPC mostrarán en su stand #4037 su amplia gama de naipes, entre ellos los naipes Pre-Shuffled, naipes prebarajados de forma totalmente automática y aleatoria en fábrica que permiten maximizar la rentabilidad del casino.
Según comenta Javier Berasategui, Director de Exportación de Fournier "los naipes Pre-Shuffled son un producto que en el último año ha experimentado un crecimiento más que notable. Sí que es cierto que en un primer momento algunos operadores o Comisiones Reguladoras de Juego muestran un cierto recelo ya que lo de no tener que barajar los naipes al abrir la mesa o cambiar de cartas les parece casi como un salto al vacío. También está el temor a cómo lo aceptarán los clientes. Pero en cuanto ven que el producto es 100% seguro y que funciona sin problemas en casinos de todo el mundo se animan a introducirlo en sus mesas. Y una vez lo han probado ya nadie quiere dar marcha atrás pues las ventajas en seguridad, tanto para el casino como para el cliente, y rentabilidad que aporta son enormes.
Javier Berasategui también ha querido destacar el crecimiento de las ventas en el segmento de naipes 100% Plástico. La utilización de máquinas barajadoras y la popularización del poker parecen estar detrás de este aumento en las ventas de naipes 100% Plástico. Fournier and Bee Playing Cards to exhibit in G2E Vegas the Pre-Shuffled cards
Fournier and its sister company, United States Playing Cards, Co (USPC), manufacturer of the "Bee" and KEM playing cards will exhibit once again at G2E Las Vegas, one of the classic Gaming Expos.
From the 4th through the 6th of October, USPC and Fournier will show in their booth #4037 their wide range of playing cards, including the Pre-Shuffled cards, a product conceived to maximize the profitability and security for the operator. These playing cards provide a truly random shuffle from the factory, being the process fully automated, patented and with the certification of Gaming Laboratories International (GLI).
According to Javier Berasategui, Fournier's Export Director, "the Pre-shuffled cards are a product that in the past years has seen a remarkable growth. It is true that at first look some operators and Gaming Regulatory Commissions show some concerns since they are used to shuffle the deck manually or in the shuffling machines once the table is opened or cards are changed. They are also afraid of how customers will accept the Pre-Shuffled cards. But once they see that the product is 100% safe and smoothly run in casinos around the world they are encouraged to bring it to the tables. And once they take the step forward no one wants to turn back because the safety benefits and increased profitability that the Pre-Shuffled cards bring are huge.
Javier berasategui also wanted to highlight the growth of sales in the segment of 100% plastic cards. The use of shuffling machines and the population of poker seem to be behind this increase in sales of 100% plastic cards. As a reference the 100% plastic playing cards Fournier are present in numerous tournaments, including the World Series of Poker (WSOP), World Poker Tour (WPT) or European Poker Tour (EPT).

Aunque el European Poker Tour sea un torneo consolidado que no necesita presentación, cabe destacar algunos datos. La 7ª temporada resultó ser un éxito rotundo, pues los eventos atrajeron a más jugadores que en ediciones pasadas. El torneo clave de la temporada, la Gran Final del EPT de Madrid, de 10.000€ de entrada, atrajo a 686 jugadores, con un premio acumulado de 6.860.000 de Euros. El PokerStars Caribbean Adventure se convirtió en el torneo más rico de la historia jamás celebrado fuera de Las Vegas, batiendo rércords con los 1.560 participantes que crearon un premio acumulado de 15 millones de dólares, a repartir entre los primeros 232 jugadores. El EPT San Remo, Italia, atrajo a 987 jugadores, mientras que el EPT Londres reunió a más jugadores que nunca, 848, con un premio acumulado de 4,1 millones de libras esterlinas. El EPT Barcelona también batió récords, pues en la capital catalana se dio cita un total de 758 jugadores. El premio acumulado total de la 7ª temporada del EPT superó los 50 millones de €, creado por casi 9.000 participantes en los eventos principales.
La 8ª temporada volverá a celebrar torneos por toda Europa, además de los siempre espectaculares "festivales de poker", como el EPT Londres, el PokerStars Caribbean Adventure y la Gran Final del EPT.

The season's showpiece tournament - the €10,000 EPT Grand Final in Madrid - attracted 686 players with a prize pool of €6,860,000. The PokerStars Caribbean Adventure was the richest tournament ever held outside of Las Vegas - a record-breaking 1,560 entrants creating a $15 million prize pool paid out to 232 players. The EPT San Remo event in Italy drew 987 players while EPT London attracted its biggest ever field with 848 players and a £4.1 million prize pool. EPT Barcelona also smashed records with 758 players turning up to the Catalan capital. The total prize pool for EPT Season 7 was more than €50 million created by nearly 9,000 Main Event players.
EPT Season 8 will feature tournaments right across Europe as well as spectacular "Festivals of Poker" such as EPT London, the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure and the EPT Grand Final.

Durante el Azkena Rock Festival, todo aquel que se pasara por nuestro stand y se sacara una foto con nosotros mostrando su mejor cara de poker, tenía la posibilidad de ganar un acceso VIP al backstage. La respuesta fue magnífica y las fotos, gracias a nuestro fotógrafo oficial Aitor López de Audicana, fueron verdaderos retratos del mundo del poker. Hubo mucha participación y verdaderos modelos con sus mejores caras de poker. Los más profesionales sacaron esa imagen impasible e imperturbable de los profesionales del poker no mostrando ningún atisbo de emoción, duda o alegría. Al ganar el pase VIP seguro que no pudieron contenerse y dejaron entrever su emoción. Fueron Alvaro y César los que se llevaron sus pulseras VIP para acceder al espacio reservado.
