However, we inform you that to send the newsletter we use Mailchimp, a mass dispatch computer application developed by The Rocket Science Group LLC, which implies that subscribers’ personal data is hosted on their servers, located in the USA. The Rocket Science Group LLC offers guarantees on the processing of personal data as it is a certified company in the EU-US Privacy Shield.
5. The personal information you provide will be kept for the period in which your subscription remains active so that if you request the cancellation of your subscription, we will proceed to the deletion of your personal data.

Likewise, we inform you that any time you can request access to your personal data or, where appropriate, their correction or deletion, the limitation of treatment in which case only retain for the exercise or defence of claims, the opposition to it as well as its right to the portability of personal data.
