The world health situation is serious. With the spread of the Covid-19 virus, we are all in unchartered territory in our private situations as well as businesswise.
Our core objective as Naipes Heraclio Fournier/Cartamundi is the health and safety of our employees and the continuation of service to our customers. To safeguard the output of our factories across the globe, Naipes Heraclio Fournier/Cartamundi has implemented additional measures and guidelines.
Starting Tuesday, March 17, 2020, we will close our offices and maximize home-office for our employees. Our factories remain operational. You will be able to communicate with your Naipes Heraclio Fournier/Cartamundi contacts via email, telephone, and Skype.
We have also decided to stop face to face meetings. Naipes Heraclio Fournier/Cartamundi employees are no longer allowed to travel or to receive visitors on any of the Cartamundi sites worldwide. Also, here, we encourage Skype and telephone as the primary means of communication.
In all of our manufacturing facilities, we are implementing the compartmentation of the different departments and shifts. Your Naipes Heraclio Fournier/Cartamundi contact will work closely with you to discuss and mitigate potential impacts on your projects if any at all
Besides the above, we have implemented a long list of other measures to protect our employees. It is important to know that Naipes Heraclio Fournier/Cartamundi continues to operate while taking the necessary precautions.
We will keep you updated on any major changes and as soon as the situation subsides, we will, of course, resume to normality.
